I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for me. Being just a couple of blocks from the beach allowed me to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever I wanted. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the central shopping district made it convenient for me to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff here were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Tom who went out of his way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of amenities and facilities that enhanced my comfort and relaxation, such as the swimming pool, outdoor dining area, and even a rooftop spa!
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I found it easy access to beach, town, shopping. Really good location. Not noisey as we had a toddler. Good family enviroment. Management were so lovely.
As this was a private and not with the management my only gripe would be there wasnt enough towels. One towel each for 3 nights, there was a washing machine and drier but just perhaps these private rooms could have more than that. otherwise really good

Great location with easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The pool was clean and inviting. Parking was easily accessible and always available.
Everything was fantastic.

The location was excellent as it was close to the beach and all the shopping and restaurant facilities.
The apartment was very dark. In fact it was a gloomy place to be. We had a ground floor apartment and there was hardly any natural light, so even on the brightest day it was necessary to have the lights on. When we asked for a change to an upstairs apartment the receptionist on duty was not at all helpful and told us such a move would be impossible. That was strange as the place was certainly not fully booked during our stay. To add insult to injury, her final comment was "I'm sure it will lighten up". Hard to see how that could happen unless they demolished one or more walls of the apartment. So if you do not want natural bright light during the day, this could be the apartment for you! However, if this is the case, why ever did you come to Port Douglas in the first place.

The location. Close to the beach and restaurants.
Starter kit on arrival was not complete. Ironing board was old and broken.Curtains were hanging off their hooks. Light globe in kitchen was not working. We had to ask reception to address these issues. I thought for the money we paid it was quite poor overall.

Great spot to explore the rainforest and the reef. Very comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with a selection of restaurants in walking distance and a beautiful scenic walk nearby. The pools were clean and surrounded by a fantastic landscape. The staff gave us useful advice on where to go and what to see in the area.
The furniture was slightly worn, but it didn't affect our stay. Some parts of the room were a bit dark, but the fantastic location made up for it.

It was in a good location.
There wasn't enough hot water to fill the spa and then it wouldn't work. They knew that two couples were arriving, but one room had twin beds which we had to resolve ourselves.

decor a little tired, but hard to fault.

Stayed at a hotel in the heart of town surrounded by palm trees, just minutes away from the beach and shops. The hotel room was spacious and clean, equipped with everything needed for a self-catered stay. We enjoyed spending time at the fantastic pool and appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect for exploring the Marina and walking around Macrossan St area.
Although there was a slight issue with parking, we still managed to find a space.

Excellent location. Spacious and good value for money for two couples. Has all facilities and two pools. Nice balcony large enough to sit on and admire the views with a glass of bubbly.
Whilst not the fault of current manager, a prior manager tried to deflect the booking which could have been awkward as we arrived late in the evening.
